In this paper, I examine current and on-going struggles and practices of resistance against the Dublin regulation. These acts call into question the legitimacy of the Dublin system. I further examine conflicts in the spaces of the legislative, the legal interpretation and the practical application of Dublin in order to determine if there is a potential for the abolition of Dublin.
